This website is about my counselling services. Perhaps you have arrived here because you are thinking about counselling for yourself or because you are curious to find out what counselling is. Either way I hope these pages help in your endeavour.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and I am fully insured and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and working toward BACP accreditation, I am also an accredited member of the Counselling Society. To ensure clients receive the best possible care during counselling I adhere to the BACP ethical code of practise.

My full time work is within Swansea Social Services Adult Mental Health Services where I have a counselling practise.

I counsel people with a range of issues' including depression, anxiety, self harm, emotional issues, bereavement and mental health problems.
